I'm so excited to be back on schedule and sharing some of my favorite everyday recipes with you guys. If you've been following me for a while, you know that oat milk is my favorite non-dairy substitute because of it is so rich and creamy. It makes any recipe so delicious and decadent, like this Oat Milk Chia Seed Pudding!
In the evening, I mixed my oat milk, honey and chia seeds into a cup and let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I topped it with green grapes, hemp hearts and chia seeds because that's what I had on hand. Feel free to top with any ingredients you like, such as berries, extra honey and coconut flakes, or to substitute the honey for agave or coconut nectar!
