Welcome to La Vita Vivi!

I love to travel, and I have to say that Paris, France is one destination that I cannot wait to check off my bucket list. My love affair with Paris was probably what drew me to my new favorite jewelry piece from You Me Oui. It’s a code charm necklace, meaning that you can spin the pendant to reveal the hidden message. It’s such a unique and interesting piece, and the interactive aspect makes it that much more special. I purchased mine from Nordstrom and have been wearing it non-stop because it goes with everything (linked a similar gold one since the exact piece is sold out).

Staying with the Paris theme, I felt like it was only natural to wear my Paris t-shirt. I got it in a medium so that I can play around with layering, and I tucked it into my pants to make it less baggy. I added my favorite teddy coat which gives the look a really great texture and color, and my platform sandals to give my small frame some much needed height.

I love this outfit because you can really dress it up or down by adding different elements. For example, it’s way more casual with denim than with the more glamorous teddy coat. I also find the wide leg pants to be more comfortable and carefree than a restricting skinny jean. I’d wear this outfit to a brunch or a shopping day when you need to look chic, but want to stay comfortable.

Do any of you have similar pieces that are your favorites as well? I have so many tried and true items in this look that are so versatile, and I’d love to know how everyone styles their favorite pieces!
