LA VITA VIVI-JOSHUA TREE LOOKBOOK

Hey there, cutie! Welcome to La Vita Vivi!

I took a trip to Joshua Tree a couple weeks ago and wanted to share the looks I wore! We were on a time crunch so I only had time to shoot two outfits before the sun set, but I think these are great options nonetheless. I’ve already worn this dress multiple times and received a ton of complements on it, so it was an easy pick for my first look. I added a green cover up because I wanted to keep the first outfit pretty neutral. I finished the look off with gold hoops and my new neutral suede sandals from BP. You can wear this outfit to nearly any outdoor event this summer, whether it be picnics or late-night concerts in the desert!

For the second look, I knew I had to bring this jumpsuit to the desert. I saw it at the rack at Nordstrom and was surprised to see it was from Billabong! It’s called the Lace and Lies Crop Jumpsuit, and it comes in the color “spice”. In real life, the romper is much more toned-down and doesn’t come off so orange. Nonetheless, it’s a really fun jumpsuit to just throw on and have a great time. (Real Talk: I had to wear fashion tape along the lace trimming because it was so windy! My favorite fashion tape is linked here.) I would definitely wear this to an all-day event like a music festival or shopping since it’s more of a substantial piece. Keeping that boho-desert theme in mind, I chose some circular sunglasses, sandals and straw hat to finish off the look!
