This year has been noticeably colder than previous years...or maybe I'm just being a wimpy Californian. Either way, I've styled this look in an effort to keep warm while staying chic. I wore this outfit on Wes' birthday and it was the perfect because I was still cute for the special day but comfortable since we were getting massages. When wearing dresses during the colder months, I highly recommend styling belts over scarves for an elegant but functional accessory since this will actually keep you very warm. I'm using one of my favorite blanket scarves here, but you can go as thick or thin with the scarf as you need given the weather and what you're doing that day.
