This crispy salmon pasta with lemon garlic broth is one of the favorite dinners in our household. I love it because it requires minimal effort, but the end result is still delicious and elegant. You basically throw everything together in the air fryer while the pasta and veggies cook, and then combine everything together at the end.
The salmon is cooked straight from frozen so there is no defrosting time required. I almost prefer cooking my meats straight from frozen now because I feel like I'm able to control the cooking temperature better. As the salmon poaches in the broth, it maintains its moisture throughout. The skin also gets nice and crispy since it's baking skin-side up, so you get the best of both worlds. This is my go-to way to prepare salmon, and we love it so much that I make this for dinner almost weekly.
