I had a lot of fun brainstorming these Asian-fusion recipes for my "Unconventional Thanksgiving" menu this year. I offered another alternative to turkey with my Coq Au Vin from last year's Thanksgiving table, but this year I wanted to include the ingredients I recently bought from my Asia trip (click here for Vietnam, click here for Japan, and click here for Korea). If you're anything like me and grew up in a multi-cultural household, or if you're just tired of the same Thanksgiving dishes, then try some of these recipes because they are just as easy as they are delicious!
What do you think of these recipes, and would you make them at home? Let's talk below in the comments section!
