Hey there, cuties! Welcome to La Vita Vivi!

I'm so excited to be back on schedule and sharing some of my favorite everyday recipes with you guys. As we're slowly moving into our new place, you can check out little glimpses of what I'm eating every day on my Instagram stories! If you don't know, my boo & I recently moved and are adjusting to living in our first place together. I'll share more in an in-depth post later on, but for now let's get on to what you came here for!

If you've been following me for a while, you know that oat milk is my favorite non-dairy substitute because of it is so rich and creamy. It makes any recipe so delicious and decadent, like this Oat Milk Chia Seed Pudding!

In the evening, I mixed my oat milk, honey and chia seeds into a cup and let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I topped it with green grapes, hemp hearts and chia seeds because that's what I had on hand. Feel free to top with any ingredients you like, such as berries, extra honey and coconut flakes, or to substitute the honey for agave or coconut nectar!
