I am so excited to officially be in the holiday prepping season! With holiday parties and gatherings occurring so frequently for all of us, bringing something fun but simple to make will make you the favorite guest of the party. One creative way to present a traditional antipasto platter is to skewer the ingredients with a toothpick and arrange them along the edge of a large serving platter to create an "antipasto wreath".
The key is to place a small sprig of rosemary in between each toothpick to really emulate that wreath effect. I cut the rosemary sprigs to the same size as the toothpicks so the end product will appear nice and neat.
