This is an updated caesar salad recipe (click here for the original version and click here for the endive version) inspired by my recent trip to Scottsdale, Arizona. I tried a spicy caesar salad one of the nights and was so excited to come home and try my own recipe out. I added Calabrian chili paste from Trader Joe's since Wes has been obsessed with it lately, so I've been trying to incorporate it into different recipes. Safe to say I think this one's a hit! Whether you need a shake-up from the classic caesar or want to try something new, this salad is sure to satisfy your cravings.
