I rotate between these 3 ideas multiple times a week because they are so good and easy to whip up when you need that quick little bite to hold you over. Plus, they're pretty nutritious so you can feel good about munching on these goodies all day long. Avocado Toast

  • mashed avocado, toasted Italian loaf, sliced tomato, green onion, red pepper flake, Maldon salt

Apples + Salted Peanut Butter

  • sliced apples, peanut butter, salt, honey, chia seeds, hemp hearts

Cucumbers + Greek Yogurt Ranch

  • cucumbers, greek yogurt, ranch powder seasoning, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper
